Description of Service
Joulebit is an AI-powered knowledge platform that provides access to the Joulebit Framework — a physics-derived knowledge graph and AI exploration interface. The platform is billed on a usage basis: you pay only for the AI queries you make, subject to the session and weekly caps you configure.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Intellectual Property
The Joulebit Framework, platform software, and all associated content are owned by Sustain Hawaii and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. AI outputs should be independently verified before use in any consequential decision.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
